Description

Labovac 13 is a PFPE oil ideal for pumping strong oxidants such as oxygen, ozone as well as other ractives substances.

Also suitable for etching processes in semiconductor technology.

Note: Mixing with other types of oil must be avoided!

We recommend to order Labovac 13 with the rotary vane pump to ensure best performance.

Please note that certain types of vacuum pump oils may not be used for certain applications. Please contact our sales or support team if you have questions.
