One-stage Rotary Vane Pumps

One-stage rotary vane pumps are available with an ultimate pressure between 0.5 mbar and 1x10^-1 mbar with a comprehensive pumping speed ranging between 4.6 m³/h and 630 m³/h.

The compact design (small footprint, low weight) in combination with the high pumping speed makes these pumps ideal to use in laboratory or industrial applications. Due to their high water vapor tolerance and outstanding reliability these pumps are the perfect match for chemical applications. Additionally, users appreciate the exceptionally low sound level on daily operations.  A gas ballast valve is included for use when pumping condensable vapors.

Welch one-stage rotary vane pumps require low maintenance which can be handled quickly and simply by the user with predefined service kits. To prevent accidental damage, the oil sight glass is integrated into the housing. When cleaning the pump, users benefit from the compact pump design which allows easy wipe cleaning.
